Shipping & Returns
Order processing and delivery
- All orders received through www.cges.co.uk will be processed within 48 hours of receipt
- Downloads will be available via email immediately after payment is received.
- CDs or printed products will be sent by standard mail or airmail unless you request a courier at the checkout. Standard delivery times apply.
- If you would like delivery to separate addresses, please complete a separate order for each address.
We reserve the right to request pre-payment on any order placed through www.cges.co.uk.
Should we require pre-payment, we will contact you on receipt of order. We recommend you pay by credit/debit card through our secure online payment system (Protx).
Courier
- Your items ordered in CD or printed format will be sent by courier only if requested at the checkout. An additional charge is applicable.
- The courier charge is a flat rate of £25 for a CD (or weight equivalent) or £35 for printed format (or weight equivalent). VAT is applicable to all courier charges.
- Couriered items will be sent on 'Next-day' services in UK and minimum delivery time for Europe and Rest of World (the 'Over-night' service if possible, though some regions may require a longer delivery time).
For delivery to regions with unreliable postal services, and where a courier is required, it is still necessary for you to request a courier at time of order.
We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in the post.
Returns & Refunds
Studies, reports & maps
We endeavour to provide products of a high standard. We are happy to replace any product that is unsatisfactory. If your product is faulty or damaged when you receive it, please notify us at email marketing@cges.co.uk.
We regret we are unable to offer refunds on orders for CGES studies, reports or maps in download (PDF), CD or printed format that have been fulfilled.
Events
Cancellations on CGES event registrations are subject to an administration charge and we regret we cannot offer refunds on cancellations made within the final month before the event. Substitutions may be made at any time.
Subscriptions
Cancellations on subscriptions can be made at any time. However, a full refund will only be offered in the first month of your annual subscription.
Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.
