This site is owned and operated by the Centre for Global Energy Studies (‘CGES’, ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’) whose registered office is 17 Knightsbridge, London, SW1X 7LY, and registered number is 2118653.
By using or accessing our website and/or placing any order(s), you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions then you may not use or access our website or place orders.
CGES Products & Events
We reserve the right to change the prices of any of its products or services at any time.
We are entitled to refuse any order. In the event of this happening, a full refund will be given (if applicable).
Subscriptions
CGES subscription publications are published on a monthly, bi-monthly or ad-hoc basis and will be sent to the contact details provided by the Subscriber. It is the Subscribers responsibility to inform CGES of any changes to contact details.
All subscriptions will be automatically renewed and a renewal letter and invoice will be sent before the renewal date.
Should the subscriber wish to cancel the subscription, they must contact us in writing or via email within a month of the renewal date, and receive a confirmation from us.
Subscription and studies will be sent in PDF format by email, unless otherwise requested.
CGES subscriptions and studies are issued on a ‘single user’ or ‘multiple user’ basis for use within one company. These products are for the use of this company/client only.
‘Single User’: studies purchased as PDF files, CD or printed version can be used by one user only. ‘Multiple User’: the above files can be used by a number of users in one company at one address (special price for multiple use)
‘Two users’: the above files can be used by two named users only (2 x published price)
Events
CGES Events require pre-registration. Registrations will be confirmed and invoiced. Full payment is required before the date of the event.
If payment has not been received before the event, a personal credit card will be required on registration. Substitutions can be made at any time. Refunds cannot be made in the final month before the event.
Quoting CGES
All information published by the CGES should be accredited to the CGES when quoted from or used, in the normal way.
